Go into the group where you are super admin. Click on the right side option menu where it says "manage members".
Find the username in the list of those you want to promote. Check the box by their username then click the bottom of the page where it says 'Update'.

there is no option for me to click super admin.. only 2 options which are member and admin.
Question: Can a group have two super Admin(s)?
