I was just wondering how long it takes for support to email back? I emailed them last Thursday to reopen an account and still not have heard back. I know it hasn't been long but I was curious as to when I could receive a reply
Support has been getting a lot of tickets so it's been taking longer than normal to get a reply. My guess is they'll get back with you early in the week.
