Why does chess.com support suck so bad? My account was disabled for no reason and now they can’t respond properly. They lie by saying they’ll send me an email but they don’t. They force you to talk to dumb bots who don’t help at all. My username is ryangille. Please help me fix this problem. I’m not mean and I don’t cheat.
I had this issue too, I was confused when the bot just randomly ended the conversation but they ended up emailing me 2 days after -- similar to the time a mod told me they would take.

If you click the "Connect to an Agent 👤" message button, the conversation is passed to a human team mate of support and till then the conversation ends. After you get your reply they ask you to rate the conversation in the form of emojis.
