Hi! I have submitted multiple issues to support recently through the form, but no answer. Do others experience this lack of service too?

How long did you wait? Usually they email within 3 business days and they'll typically answered within 1 or 2 from my experience. If it has been longer than this, then maybe check your spam folder. Perhaps they've already replied, but you haven't read their message yet.

Also it would be more professional, if at least an automatic message would be triggered once you submit an issue.

That usually happens unless something recently changed.
