Do you have the exact message that is given when you get thrown off? You definitely have the platinum member icon by your name.

It just did it again,... sooooo annoying
Well if you are not a platinum member you cannot do more than 3 puzzles a day, i am not a member i do 3 puzzles a day and go play chess. And yea i suck at the Tactics Trainer, but i will improve i guess :)
