Tactics trainer isn't working...?

Hi folks,

Been on chess.com for a few months now, really enjoy the site.  I've been using tactics trainer pretty consistently and it's been helpful.  My problem at present is that on my new computer tactics trainer and analyze screens won't properly show moves.  In the TT, the first computer move *NEVER* appears..which makes selecting the correct move rather more complicated! Also, on analyze for the online chess games, I'm having issues with the analyze function 'skipping' moves - IE if i make two or three theoretical moves, then backtrack, the pieces will only show appropriate formation every other move, not every single move as they should.  

I do have both the latest version of Java and Flash installed already.  The problem occurs in both Firefox and Google Chrome, though I haven't tried IE (main reason being I refuse to use IE, so even if it does work in that browser it's a moot point).
