Tactics Trainer not working on PC

Hi,

I'm having no issue with the tactics trainer on the app, but on PC I see an empty board load and the tactics trainer portion flash on the screen briefly and then disappear. I'm using google chrome, which, I believe, is recommended by chess.com as a preferred browser.

Does anybody have any recommendations for chrome settings? I tried toggling hardware acceleration, log on/off, changing from my custom theme that I was using to a preset... Thanks, in advance, for any tips and recommendations.

Do you have the newest version of Chrome? Any plugins or anything that might interfere?

Try incognito mode. If that works, then your cache may be corrupted and clearing it will likely help.
