Team match scores are not updating

Virtually every team match you look at is showing an incorrect latest score, I know it can be updated by clicking on the sync scores button, but surely there must be a bug in the system that is not registering results as the games conclude.

I checked all ongoing matches on Chess Team Europe and in more of than fifty matches were shown a wrong score.

Went through the list of ONE WORLD League matches, which have started on November 9. Found 63 matches with first decided games. For 54 of them (85.7%) wrong results are shown.

Not sure if the remaining 9 ones are correctly shown by Chess.com's own counting or were "updated" by an admin who used their "Sync scores" button.

It would be nice to have a reply saying we are sorting this issue out, but nothing.

You're obviously right. If we would receive 10% of "Help and Support" which we probably deserve, this should be fixed already for a while. Unfortunately Chess.com still does not understand, what clubs, their admins and leagues need and should get.

I’m not sure what is happening if the match is completed while the score update is incorrect, whether it just sort’s itself out on conclusion of the match.

The fact that match are ending shows there's still a mechanism tracking finishing games. I haven't seen a finished match with a wrong score. I guess the scores are sync'ed when the match ends.

Staff are aware of the issue and are looking into it
