When you create a new Team Match, there is an option to set a rating range. It is pretty common to see 1200-1500, 1500-1800, & 1800-2200 brackets.
Otherwise, you'll need to expand your group so there is a larger range of ratings.

I am having problems with team my team players being fairly matched. For example, in many instances 1800 rated players are matching with my 1100 rated players.
Is there a way to fairly match / control the matching of like rated team players in a match?
