Technical support not working

@Martin_Stahl ... Hi, can you help me figure out what I am missing I cannot find a way to contact chess.com support, I have seen vid, but i find "no where" to click answer not sloved continue, or if answer not there click here etc ... I find no where to write a question.

1. I click help

2. Little GUI pops up with suggestions

3. I try suggestion and or I try query a question and either way it brings back best answer to which are not about what I have question on ... thus I find then "no" way to continue? there is not "cant find answer click here" etc

What am i dong wrong / thank you in advance

Can you try in an incognito/private window?

For those with the issue where the Contact Support button isn't showing, try it again now. If that doesn't help they clearing your browser cache and try again.
