terminated connection

How is it that I am in a game and suddenly it says disconnected from server. This has happened a few times right in the middle of a good game.

Yes, this may happen from time to time in the Live Chess. We apologize for the connection issues in the live chess but please be aware that the Live Chess is our main focus here at Chess.com and we hope to have the connection issues much better soon.

Also, if you are using Internet Explorer in the Live Chess we do recommend that you switch to another web browser such as the Firefox web browser as Internet Explorer has been known to be problematic with the Live Chess.

Is it possible that if I get disconnected from a live game, to just keep the clock running and let me reconnect?  Chess.com offers to let me reconnect, but when I try it just sits there and spins endlessly.  If you guys get this fixed, I'll buy a membership.  But it really is frustrating to lose a game which I'm actually winning because the server wont let me reconnect.
