after the game i pressed start new game and apeared strange topic

Your play is restricted because you have not followed our Fair Play Policy - which prohibits stalling, abandoning games or frequently aborting. You must now wait 5 minutes between games. This restriction will be lifted automatically after a few days, or after you play several fair games

But I didn't do nothing creminal /...

Please help me to lift restriction

Have you abandoned games? Things like terminating games by not resigning and instead letting the time run down is against chess.com's policies. Swearing, though more lenient, is also not allowed.

To me it seems as though you have left a number of games without resigning, say by, perhaps, letting your time run down out of frustration and closing your browser. Enough of these and you will get penalized.

no ... I have not abandoned the games.

How can I lift restriction

Contact a staff via the ticket system. Explain your situation, they should look over it and depending on what they find they may lift it.

I do not know their procedure. This is just an assumption.

I have lowered it for you now :)

Chess.com encourages players to be kind and show good sportsmanship. Our Fair Play policy expects that players will not:

     intentionally disconnect during games -
stall to make opponents wait unnecessarily -
frivolously abort games because they don't want to play black, etc.

Any of the above three can cause account restrictions.

This is not triggered by disconnecting, aborting or stalling in just a few times.   The system monitors what you do in all of your games, not just one or two.

All members who are restricted should see a warning message appear in all of their live chess games before the full restriction is activated.

With each game you play without keeping your opponent waiting, aborting the game or disconnecting from the game, the restriction will lower.
After playing games fairly and without breaking the policy, the restriction will stop and you'll be able to play normally again.

You will still be able to play games with friends or accept/create direct challenges, but you will not be able to create or accept open challenges until you play more games that follow the fair play policy.

On his or her turn, each player has 15-20 seconds to make their first move. If this does not happen, the game will be automatically aborted. This has a negative effect on the Fair-Play record of the player failing to move. (But if you hit Abort, it affects your record! It's best to be patient for a few seconds.)

If you have a bad connection then your fair play restriction may activate fully again until you get a better connectivity. If you don't play fairly you may be fully restricted again.

Also in Live Chess in your New Game tab, and the Rating Option, you can set it there as to who can (what ratings the opponents must have) accept your challenges.

This way you decide which games you get so you won't need to abort them.
