Same issue. I am canceling my recurring subscription if this doesn't get resolved soon. My internet is fine (hardwired) and ping time is fast and other sites load just fine. Come on folks, fix this problem please.
The app keeps "disconnecting" while playing

300mbps download and upload, Google Chrome, cleared cache, no other tabs opened, New Macbook Pro 2022
Still disconnect every 2nd bullet game
Unplayable
I keep getting connection issue in each game even though my internet speed is 100mbps and all other apps works perfectly fine. I lost so many games just because of connecting issue.

I had the same issue... I changed routers and the problem went away. Another option is to try resetting your router to factory defaults.
will you guys fix damn problem or not ?? some months ago it was working flawlessly. Now i am getting constant disconnects and it makes my game lost in like 10 seconds or some bs. Nothing changed on my side.

Same issue here. Haven't been able to find a game in over 2 hours now. On Windows using Chrome as browser.

it's server side disconnections, likely being performed by administrators with personal agendas.
