From a site-wide message that you should have gotten, note the link to send the requests to fix these games:

Subject: URGENT NOTICE ABOUT YOUR GAMES - PLEASE READ!
IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE READ!!
Today Chess.com experienced a problem that affected all online turn-based games that ended between 9:30am PST and 1:00pm PST. These games became corrupt in the database without any way to distinguish the result of the game (win, loss, draw, checkmate, resignation, timeout, etc). When we realized we had a problem, we took the site down until we were able to find the bug and fix it. This left us with approximately 1500 corrupt games in the database during this 3 hour span.
We decided that the best way to resolve this was to restore all the games back to "in progress", and allow the resignation or checkmate to reoccur. Unfortunately for all phantom "checkmated" games that are still in progress (meaning it's checkmate, but not ended), you will need to submit a ticket to our support reps here: http://support.chess.com to have them "recheckmate" the game for you.
Luckily no games were lost and everything will be fine. We're almost done digging out the bugs from the most recent upgrade to the site. I'm very sorry the inconvenience!
