Hello ltrulls. If you see the computer player freeze unfortunately the only way to solve this is to refresh the page and start a new game.
A couple other suggestions you can take to make the play against the computer feature run smoother is to make sure you have the latest version of java (www.java.com) and to occasionally clear out your web browser cache as this should help to keep things running smooth on Chess.com for you.
lately playing against the computer, I noticed that in ocations it didn't jake mate me, and stays tilled. does anybody know the reason and how to solve it?
