Although I understand many of your complaints I am happy that chess.com did something about the spam problem that many members of the community have been complaining about good on them.

What does that even mean? You are "looking into" what? Does that mean that the whole thing is true?

The problem is that they mute innocent people. I was trying to get the 50% summer off deal last week, but I couldn't post until today.

They aren't going to give us the 50% deal now. But they give friends and family members a $33 offer. I shouldn't have to pay $119 while they only have to pay $33. That is too much of a discrepancy, and July 7 through August is STILL summer. They do the friends and family plan year round. This is unfair. I was muted and couldn't sign up.

That's not the way Friend and Family plans work. One person pays the full subscription cost and it renews in their payment method. While it's possible friends could pay the plan owner, that's not the same thing.

That is EXACTLY a way Friend and Family plans CAN work.

Person A gets $33 from 5 other people, Persons B, C, D, E, and F.

Person A also pays $33, and guess what?

6 x 33 = : : : drumroll ::: 198

I am more than happy paying the extra $ to get to $199.

Now, how about you talk to chess.com and allow us the SUMMER (June, July, and August).
