You should have received an automatic reply when the ticket was opened. If you did not, check your spam/junk folders.
Due to the increases in ticket loads, it can take a week for them to get with you and only a subset of support staff handle membership/billing tickets.
I used my dad's credit card to try out free trial and it auto-renewed for a full membership. According to the website policy, a refund is possible within 30 days because I am a first time customer.
Alright. I made a mistake, yes. That's not the point.
I contacted support 4 business days ago, still no reply. In these 4 days, I've emailed them 4 times, submitted 4 tickets, DMed them on twitter daily, I've tried every avenue.
Not a single reply. No communication whatsoever. At this point, I'm wondering if this website has any staff members at all. Even my cable TV provider doesn't take this long to write a reply.
