Lately every time I try to.play coach or a bot I get the,failure to load message. This happens like 99% of the time. I use Amazon Silk browser. It all works well on a Microsoft Surface. Very frustrating

OK, The user KittyCat4562 completed all of the beginner lessons so why did KittyCat4562 not get the achievement? Can somebody fix this?
