"There was an error in processing that request" in messages
happens dozens of times a day. i have a fantastic internet bandwidth, and no other apps or pages have an issues. My computer is blazing speed, i7 8th gen, 16 gig ram. IT'S YOUR SITE! USe google chrome. When will this get fixed??
I get the banner message "There was an error in processing that request"
When I am in Learn > Tactics Section, maybe same problem in other sections.
Using W7 and Firefox 64
I am guessing that because my Firefox cache, is max out at 350 MB, there is a time delay,
as FF rearranges data to store new data, and doesn't respond to Chess.com quick enough.
Try clicking, Tools > Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data.
Edit: Spoke to soon, problem is back, someone please fix this.

I'm sorry you're getting this message! However, I do want you to know, we don't support Opera- But it should definitely work with Google Chrome!- If you're not using Google Chrome ( I see you have in parenthesis Google Opera) let's try downloading it and using it instead.

I've got one problem though, in the browser (Chrome, Opera) when I open the "Messages" in my profile, I get this message in red : "There was an error in processing that request".
What's going on ?
