Hello I have an old account that I'm unable to log into due to the message

This account uses passwordless login, through Facebook, Google, or a mobile app. Please log in using one of these methods.

If i could even get the email or way I used to log into that account, I can at least try to recover it, my only issue is I want the profile picture gone. I'm willing to prove it's me or answer any questions, but I mostly care about the profile picture being gone or profile being closed. Could I PM or talk to an admin?

If you're seeing the issue you should contact support directly using the option in the menu.

I did do that but it ended up resetting this accounts password instead

You need to be sure to clearly explain the issue you're trying to get solved so that staff can handle it correctly.

I had the same problem with my alt

Tell support what you were doing to log in and that you want a password

it almost feels like to me that the staff don'T CARE WHETHER WE KEEP OUR ACCOUNts or nOT, EVEN if we've had them well ovER A DECADE.
