Three Weeks and Still no Response from Support

It has been three weeks since I first reported a bug impacting my Rapid stats. 2 games simply vanished from Rapid Stats, meaning my winning streak is wrong by 2, and all the stats win/draw/loss percentages etc. are wrong. 

What does it take to get a response from support? I am a paid diamond member, yet it seems to make no difference.

Two weeks ago, you said that you had reported a bug. Another moderator replied that bug reports are normally not replied to unless the developers need more information.

If you want Support to fix something, you need to use the links to contact Support. Have you done that? When? Did the AI say that you would be contacted? Was this separately from when you reported the bug?

Are you complaining that your games page shows 50 games and your stats page only shows 48? I would bet that the two very shortest games, of 1 and 4 moves, are not included in your stats.

You would lose that bet. All the games were rated and long enough to be included. In fact, they were included, and then the next day they just vanished from the stats, but not my game history. The problem is specific to rapid stats, not Insights or the total number of games counted on my home page.
It's more than a bug being reported, I need a refresh of my stats. That's why someone from support needs to do something, not just take note of a bug.
In a previous account I had, when something similar happened, someone responded within a week and fixed the problem.

  • For a game to count towards your stats, it must be a rated game and include at least 4 moves (8 plies).

And my Rapid stats are out by 2 again. The fix worked for 3 days. Can you please help again Martin?

I don't think that Martin actually fixed anything. Moderators don't have the power to change things on the site.

I think he just noted that it had been fixed. Support staff must have done the actual fix.

Oh ok - thanks support staff, although Martin knew the situation was "good now" which suggests that he was responsible.
The two games that went missing yesterday are back again. I wonder why it happens.

One of my games has disappeared from rapid stats again. Why does this keep happening?

Lol yea multiple of my "tickets" just get closed without even getting a response. Its just ridiculous.
