Two weeks ago, you said that you had reported a bug. Another moderator replied that bug reports are normally not replied to unless the developers need more information.
If you want Support to fix something, you need to use the links to contact Support. Have you done that? When? Did the AI say that you would be contacted? Was this separately from when you reported the bug?
Are you complaining that your games page shows 50 games and your stats page only shows 48? I would bet that the two very shortest games, of 1 and 4 moves, are not included in your stats.

It has been three weeks since I first reported a bug impacting my Rapid stats. 2 games simply vanished from Rapid Stats, meaning my winning streak is wrong by 2, and all the stats win/draw/loss percentages etc. are wrong.
What does it take to get a response from support? I am a paid diamond member, yet it seems to make no difference.
