threefold repetition... or is it?

You only have to start checking at move 39, the last pawn move.

It's repetition of position, not move.

 

I don't think position was repeated not even once, let alone wice... So can someone confirm if this is a bug to report or prove somehow it's threefold positional repetition after the last pawn move. Thanks ahead.

I put comments in the score to show you where the repetition took place.

The position is identical after White's 39th, 41st and 43 moves.

Only the position needs to repeat, not the moves that create the position.

Thank you for taking the time to explain. It didn't seem so obvious, but now it's clearer. Usually threefold repetition was with perpetual check and queen... this kind seems a bit rarer. Thanks a lot again!
