I thought the:
2/12
might mean 12 seconds was added after your move.
I've seen one minute plus 1 second for instance.

Yeah, after every move you make, 12 seconds get added to your clock, but the resulting time is: previous time + 12 seconds - used time

How can I tell if a game will be rated from what I'm looking at on screenshot (or is it elsewhere)?
Can you tell me what the green, red and purple rectangles mean time-wise?
It looks like:
green: u10/0
red: 10/0
purple: 2/12
