When you create new game, you can reset the initial time and Bonus Time. Then,
click create New Game button.

When I click on the preset button, the longest option I get is 15min10sec. How do I overcome this
Don't use the preset button, enter your own desired times.
Where do I enter my own time??
Initial Time, and if you want you can enter Bonus Time or just leave it blank.

At the risk of sounding dumb, what exactly is "bonus time". How does it work? Does each player get it? When does it kick in?
What is the difference between playing 10-5 or just playing 15 minutes?
