i did not avail for time out but i am shown as if i have availed on account of which i am unable to participate in few tournaments. sometimes even though my score is above 1500 i am informed as that my score is too low for touney above >1500, what i should do. once i have applied for time out but it was not allowed as i was required to complete my moves. on account of which i lost few games due to time. pl look into my problem
