For instance, this official tournament 14th Chess.com Thematic Tournament - Nimzowitsch Defense (1401-1600) is described as
Starts on Feb 1, 2012 @ 8:00pm (in 13 Hours 11 Minutes)
As it's now 06:49 a.m. on Sat, Feb 1, 2012 (UK local time) - that is indeed 13 hours and 11 minutes in the future from my point of view.
