i have an opponent earlier, we have both critical time , i think he is 14 seconds, im 12 seconds left, when his time got zero, it reset to 12 seconds, why did this happen? i know he cheated, how can this problem be solved? thanks

Your opponent didn't cheat. It just took the server >12 seconds to register his move, which was apparently a premove.

that was also happened to me. well i think, just because base on our internet connections that sometimes there was a delay.
