Timeout % what is it?

I normally play the 'live chess' but sometimes play the online chess.  After getting back from an important business trip I was challenged to a 2 day per move game, however was unable to accept because of my Timeout % not allowing me to accept the game seek from a dear friend.

This is what the message looked like. 

 Can you please hack chess.com ,access my personal record and correct my Timeout % so that I can play a game of chess?   If not, any suggestions how to get around this legitemately would help. Thankyou. 

You are going to have to play a few online games and finish them without taking too long to move. This will correct your timeout percentage.

No need for hacking anything - just challenge your friend yourself. Your friend must have clicked an option in advanced settings to set maximum timeout %.

Am I actually reading this sentence correctly? You are publicly asking for someone on the site you're posting on to hack the site you're posting on?

Your timeout percentage is correct, played two with two timeouts equals 100% timeout ratio.
