I am a FIDE Master and my fide code is 3500810 but still chess.com does not recognize my title because when I fled Cuba in a hurry I did not bring the title with me

Hi, i submitted a photo of my IM title for the title certification process two days ago but still haven't got any answer.
I want to know how long does this process take and if i have to submit any other documents.
