The user who got his account closed has to contact support using the email account she registred with.

@hsong: tell them to send in a report with the link below, asking why it was closed and if they can reopen it.

I cannot log in to my account. I know what my username and password is but it wont let me. I tried to click the "forgot my password" button and then use my email but it said my email was not affiliated with an account. I also tried to make a new account using that username and it said the username was already taken. It's been a while since I last logged in and I'm confused. I made this temporary account to seek assistance. Please help.

Anyone can log a ticket with the Support team via Help: they don't have to be logged in with a valid account.
It's funny in the same way that 'why the chicken crossed the road' is funny. You laugh at first, but by the time hundreds of people have said it, you can't stop screaming for them to shut up.
