Lmao that was funny too. Someone should open a comedy club!!
how to open a closed account

... or a comedy group on chess.com and call it "chesscomedy"... wait, did someone not do that already?

Hi, does anyone know whether it would be possible to reopen your account, after you had closed it before (a couple of months earlier or something).
Just I'm considering closing mine but want to know this first

lol, Bilbo just did that and its got 600+ members :)

NO
What's ironic about this is that I actually happened to do it and succeed. So much for the "NO"

The user who got his account closed has to contact support using the email account she registred with.

@hsong: tell them to send in a report with the link below, asking why it was closed and if they can reopen it.

In future you will probably get a quicker response to any queries by starting a new thread, rather than jumping in on an old one.

I cannot log in to my account. I know what my username and password is but it wont let me. I tried to click the "forgot my password" button and then use my email but it said my email was not affiliated with an account. I also tried to make a new account using that username and it said the username was already taken. It's been a while since I last logged in and I'm confused. I made this temporary account to seek assistance. Please help.

It's funny in the same way that 'why the chicken crossed the road' is funny. You laugh at first, but by the time hundreds of people have said it, you can't stop screaming for them to shut up.
