too many accounts

Before I’ve made MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS and I had no idea it was against the violations of Fair play. And my IP address was banned and I couldn’t make any accounts anymore. So somehow in a miracle I made another account which account but I want to apologize for my Behavior in the past and I promised myself to be more careful. So how can I say sorry to them?
