That was also a problem in a tournament I'm playing in (although not one of my games) - Champions Chess #1.
I think just contact one of the staff and they correct it for you.

where 2 participants have informed me that their second game have yet to show up .( joemoss and DGlenRoth )
.. 2 simultaneous games setting.
It doesn't look repaired to me - in Joemoss case, the first game is finsihed but the second one stil hasn't started. Am I missing something?

Hmm, ok. I will forward this on to our technical department for further investigation. I did run this through our tournamnt repair system which should have corrected this. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Two participants in my ' Armageddon Sept 4th Tourney' informed me that their second game has not shown up after finishing their first one .
