Tournament Ratings Problem

The Tourney Rating Range Limits are not working currently .

Players with All Ratings can register tho there is a specified Rating Range for that particular Tourney .( set by the TD )

eg :

2)http://www.chess.com/tournament/total-random-team-summer-2011-tourney2

3)http://www.chess.com/tournament/chess-n-cappuccino-summer-2011-tourney2

Hope it can be corrected so we don't need to remove the Players with the Wrong Rating ,individually.

UPDATE : We hv juz removed the Players with the Wrong Ratings in our 3 Group Tourneys above,tho there may be others Invited ,who might still join ... so they might not count as examples anymore .)

The Time-Out % Allowed ,is also not working :

Players with any number of % Time-Outs can join even tho we ( TDs ) hv set it to a cetain number .

Your friend set these to be 'invite only', which means if he sets the criteria to >1500  and invites a 1300 player, that player can still join.

He also set timeouts at 50%, again, if he personally invites people, the criteria he has set on the tournament won't matter. That person can still join as they received a personal invite from the TD.

.. but I think I didn't hv these problems earlier when I created lots of Rating Range Specified Tourneys earlier, for 'Invite -Only' Tourneys or maybe those people with the wrong Ratings juz didn't join .

.. Personally,I prefer if All our Specifications apply to those we invite to join too ( especially for Group Invites ( not Individual Invites),so it wld be more convenient for us (TDs), but maybe this is the General Preference of most People here .

Actually,I juz remembered that sometimes a few Tourney Participants asked me why there were Players with the Wrong Rating in my Tourneys .

Now,I realize it cld probably be due to this .

I wld like to Suggest that our Rating Specifications( aa well as other Specifications,like maximum% Time-Outs allowed ,Minimum number of Games played,etc ) be applied to All our Tourney Invites ( Group plus Individual ) if possible ) or at least Group Invites coz :

1) Most Players prefer that Everyone's Ratings be within those Rating Range and there be No Exceptions.

2) TD's don't hv to keep removing those Players of the Wrong Ratings,especially if they hv invited a large Group of 300 or More ,( maximum number for 100 Players' Tourney) Members to join that Tourney.

3) Most Group Members don't know why they hv been removed by the TD ,from that Tourney.
