You can enter as many official tournaments as you like, but only one non-official one (as a non-paying member).
It counted as a withdrawal because you withdrew. I know. That's stupid when the tournament hasn't started yet. But it's the way it is.

When I wanted to register to a 14-day tournament, it said that I already have 1 tournament in progress. But when I clicked "register" to an official tournament (where I didn't want to play), it allowed me. I withdrew, and it counted as a withdrawal. Why?
