Trying to add a user getting error.

Hey everyone, I'm trying to friend my daugher on this site and it keeps giving me an error when i add her username.  Any ideas on what i could be doing wrong?

Try going to her chess.com profile page and try adding her there:

Yes i did that.  When I click on the link it brings me to a page saying this:

and thats it.  Is it possibly something to do with her age?

I think its an age thing.  I just added another buddy with no issues.   How can i get around this?

Did you click 'Add To My Friends List' on her homepage? Or are you trying to invite her to join the site ?

If you message me her username, i'll contact her to confirm then fix the add issue for you.
