Hi,
I had an account closed for fair play violation over a year ago. I understand and accept the reason for the closure, but I never received the appeal email that was supposed to be sent. I’ve checked all inboxes, including spam, and nothing came through.
I’ve tried contacting support, but the bot just loops through the same responses without connecting me to a real person.
I’m reaching out here to ask if there is any way I can appeal or get in contact with support directly?
