Turn on sounds!!!!

Does anyone else occasionally experience a non stop clicking sound when playing here at chess.com?!.

Whenever it happens it is a non-stop mostly steady beat of the sound that one would normally hear upon moving a piece. It occasionally the tempo falters but it goes constantly.
I have to turn the sound off or listen to the annoying pulsing (which a drag as my old eyes don't always notice when the opponent has moved)
I'm not sure if it has to do with my connection or load at the chess.com site. Yesterday it happened and at one point while dragging my queen the entire screen froze and my queen got frozen in a fatal spot annoying but now hilarious... my opponent would accept a draw as he refused to accept my description ha ha. maybe chess.com is getting maxxed out sometimes. Sometimes when the clicking occurs I abort before the game starts.
