First, I am logged in on facebook to a very old chess.com account and I don't seem to be able to logout of that old account and login with my new one despite deactivating the old account.
Second, I am currently unable to login to the chess phone application for blackberrys. It just says 'connecting' but never actually connects (and yes I have signal).Is the service down at the moment or is there a problem at my end?
Please help.
