Unable to Cancel Membership & Page Not Loading

Hello, I recently subscribed to a membership by mistake, and I do not have the funds to pay for it. I tried to cancel the subscription through the Membership Settings page, but the page does not load at all , it just stays black. I have tested this on multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and devices (PC, laptop), but the results are the same. I already sent a support message a few days ago, but the replies are not helping at all. I also blocked the merchant through my bank to prevent any future payments. Please, if anyone from support sees this, help me cancel the subscription from your end or fix the Membership page. Thank you!

Yes is still happening and i dont know what more to do.

Found out this is a known bug and should be fixed soon. If you change your language temporarily to English, you should be able to get it to work if you don't want to wait for the fix.
