Unable to download PGN of Live Games

Hello, I have a problem downloading my games in bulk. What I do is I go to my Profile> My live chess games> view Games archive> click 'select all' and 'download PGN. Then there's a blue banner that says the games will be emailed. However, I have done this 5 times over in the span of 72 hours and I either get 'Wait for your games to be generated' or the blue banner again (after a couple of hours). And no emails.

I have registered a 'Chess e-mail' (UbeL@Chess.com) And I wonder if it was sent there rather my original email adress.

If so, how would I be able to access it?

How many games are you trying to download?

If you check your settings page, look to see which email address you have set as primary. This will tell you where the pgn download was sent.

Under the 3rd white box down, it says:

Contact Email.

Thats the address it would have been sent too.

Yes, I have it on my current e-mail adress and I have confirmed by trying to change my email; I got the message 'already current email, no need to change it'.

Just for now, maybe try downloading 20 pgns.  Then try another 20.  Then finally download the remaining 10.

I've solved the issue, I switched my primary email adress from yahoo to a gmail account and it's been sent! 

However, I (and many other friends) have had a lot of issues with email and chess.com... But consider this thread closed>
