When i use the username/password credentials to log into chesskid, i see a error password mismatch. When i try to reset i get the reset url , when i click on it says "failed to validate the url" and i have got myself into this cycle and havent been able to access the chessKid videos for my kid. The number of times i have to reset the password is also too many. Not sure what is happening.
None of the reset password URL is working. Any ideas how to resolve it
