Chessup glitch

Start off saying I never really have an issues with disconnections or lag on chess.com, but that doesn't fully mean it wasn't my fault.

But I was playing moves  on the chessup board and one of the moves registered on the chessup, but didn't register on the chess.com. The chessup said my opponent ran out of time, but when I checked on chess.com it said that I never played the last move and abandoned the gameIs this most likely just a wifi problem or is there a glitch in the system?

Could potentially be just a regular connection issue or could be something with the board wifi connection

Incredibly sorry for the lost move. Issue is known and our top priority to push out a fix - coming soon. It is rare overall, but regardless we are going to get this to 100% soon. It is something we take extremely serious is that the online play is flawless.

Had exactly the same thing with my setup just now. Internet connection was not an issue, but got a loss by abandonment (in a winning position :-) ). Keep us posted @cosmoKJ

We are closing in on this bug and expect to update this week. Very sorry for anyone who had a lost move.

Still a problem. Chessup board showed my opponent timing out and chess.com shows he in fact made a move and I time out. Love the board hope we can get this fixed soon. Thx.

We have had issues since last week. 3 games were lost due to loss of connection.

Still a problem, Ill lose a couple every week or so

Please email the chess.com game link to info@playchessup.com and we can look into the game logs to resolve a disconnect.
