Honestly? Skill issue– I mean, try resetting your device, checking your internet connection, deinstalling and reinstalling the app, or contacting support about the issue.

I’ve reinstalled the app ! …all is well now ! ……these sort of issues are not always easy for a cat ! 😾
Why am I unable to login using the app ! ….every time I try I end up with a black screen ! 🤨
