Unfair IP ban

So, I got IP banned because my friend, TheLineWasHived was accused of cheating because it his was his first time playing online chess as a 2000 but he was really a 2300 OTB. Is it possible to revert this IP ban?

First, don't use a VPN, as it will make you more suspicious
