I am writing to report an issue regarding a recent game in which I was incorrectly assigned a loss before my clock had expired.
During the game, I did not leave or abandon the match. I was actively thinking about my next move, and my timer had not yet run out. However, the system still registered a defeat on my side, which I believe is both incorrect and unfair.
I kindly ask you to review the game logs and verify that I remained connected and within my allotted time when the loss was recorded. I would appreciate clarification on why the game was ended prematurely and whether this result can be corrected if a technical error occurred.
