Unfair Loss From Disconnection

Is there a way to revise an unfair result? I was playing a blitz game and was in a clearly winning position. When I moved a piece, for some reason the service disconnected. I tried to take a snapshot (on my phone) but for some reason the app wouldn't let me.

As you can see, I (Black) was in a clearly winning position. G6 was my opponent's last move. I moved c3, threatening to promote or win a bishop, and suddenly the service disconnected. I had over 30 seconds left and my opponent had over 50.

I thought they had abandoned. So, imagine my shock when somehow I realised I was getting connection issues while right next to my 500mbs (download AND upload) router! WTAF??? That really bothered me. I know I'm ranked below 1000, but wtf? Why does this happen? I don't care about stupid internet points, but I want my points back for that!

How do I complain to chess.com? This was clearly unfair.
