Unfair Matchmaking

It's probably not an issue if the elo difference is about 1-5... BUT I JUST KEEP ON GETTING ABOUT 50+ ELO DIFFERENCE IN EVERY TIME! Please tell me how to fix this.... it keeps on saying I could match in any-any rating. but what I need is that old 300-400 rating matches!

At your rating level, you can get bigger ranges but in your recent rapid games your opponents have been relatively close to your rating.
