unfairness

This is the second time this has happen to me. It follows the same narrative, I am playing said player they make there last move at or around the 26 minuit mark and do not make another move again. I then sit there for the next 26 minuits waiting for them to move. then around 3 minuit mark I am disconnected from chess com server. I not impressed !

This time the player was "Excaliburr 88 from belgium".

The minium I want is  my losted  point restored to me, plus the point I won for shear tennacity for staying on line waiting for my next move.

That's a bummer, ever tried switching to a shorter time control?

or a proper server

I do not think quick enouh for shorter games, I have tried shorter formates, but mostly seem to loss.
