Elo has been decreasing, violation of sportsmanship policy etc due to the fact that chess.com games wont load, claims that I am currently playing with an opponent but I am not, only see the opponent names after the game has ended as I "resigned and left" which a move has not been played. Wifi is working fine even with lichess or other websites but not chess.com. Elo decreasing a lot every time I click play cause it automatically resigns myself.
