How can I unsubscribe email notifications for Team Match？?
I've looked around clubs and my clubs, but couldn't find any settings that I can turn the email notification off.

In each club you don't want emails for, go to the club and click My Settings and toggle off those you don't want. It will also disable site notifications for those as well.

So the name of the club is U1244?

That's the event name. You would need to click through to find the club that belongs to.
